I actually found the story on a website about the quirkier parts of the USA called roadsideamerica.com. It reminds of the sort of thing that might appear in a David Lynch film and would not have looked out of place in the Twin Peaks TV series. I don't think it will ever happen as Moore has yet to make anything more than a couple of drawings that his cat apparently ate! Still there's plenty of money about so someone may throw him a (chicken) bone and fund his crazy plans! Keep the Chicken Heaven dream alive people! You know it makes (non)sense!!
